Thomas O. Wolf

Thomas O. Wolf, 72, of McLean Road in Cortland, died unexpectedly at home on Saturday, June 19, 2021.

Born January 19, 1949 in Cortland, NY to the late Louie and Betty (Brown) Wolf. Tom was a lifelong resident of the Cortland-Dryden area, dedicating 54 years to owning and operating farms on McLean Road and North Road.

Tom had an unparalleled work ethic. He was a proud Father, Grandfather and best friend to his children. He loved his work and playing cards. His family, friends and cows were his greatest joys. One of his proudest accomplishments, is that he holds the school record at Dryden High School for the 3-second pin in Wrestling. Above all, Tom was known and loved for his commitment, diligence and sense of humor.

Predeceased by his Brothers George and Edward Wolf, Tom is survived by his brothers Richard (Bonnie) Wolf of Dryden, Dean (Theresa) Wolf of Groton and his sister Rose Wolf of Groton; his children Samuel (Leslie) Wolf of Groton, Holly Wolf of Freeville, Benjamin Wolf of Dryden, Patti (Scott) Kruppo of Delhi, Misty Wolf of Cortland, Paul McGraw of Dryden, Maureen SanEmeterio of Interlaken, Christina Stevens of Groton and his adoring grandchildren.

Funeral services will be kept private. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to The Ronald McDonald House of Central New York or Saint Jude Children’s Hospital.
