TIMOTHY J. CANNONBALL BAKER, age 21, of 193 Upper Creek Road, Freeville, NY died Saturday, June 19, 2004 as the result of an automobile accident near Freeville which also claimed the life of his beloved Kimberly Fuller. Tim was born July 7, 1982 at Ithaca a son of Danny and Judith Jones Baker of Newfield. Tim was graduated from Dryden High School in 2001 and from Tompkins Cortland Community College in 2004. He was enlisted in the US Army and planned to leave August 4th for Fort Benning, GA. Tim was an employee of Dryden Agway and had previously been employed at Wegman’s. An avid and enthusiastic athlete, he was a member

of Rascal’s Softball Team in the Cortland Men’s League and had played linebacker on the Dryden High School football team.

Survivors include his parents, Danny and Judith Baker of Newfield; his sister Christina (Norman) West of Corning, NY; his brother, Michael (Stacey) Alo of Groton; several aunts; uncles; cousins; nieces and nephews including Cheyenne Baker; three close family friends, Jeremy Wood who is currently serving in the US Army, Douglas Slade and Robert Butcher both of Newfield.

Funeral services will be at 10 AM Wednesday, June 23, 2004 at the Perkins Funeral Home with Rev. James D. Depue officiating. Burial will be at a later date. Tim’s family will receive their friends between 5 and 7 PM Tuesday at the funeral home, 55 West Main St., Dryden, NY. Memorials are graciously directed to the Tompkins Cortland Community College Foundation, P.O. Box 520, Dryden, NY 13053-0520.
