WALTER R. “Bob” BLAKE, age 59, of Dryden died Thursday, August 22, 2013 at his residence after a long illness. Born Sept. 6, 1953, Bob was a son of the late Charles and Alyce Poole Blake. He was retired from H&E in Ithaca. Bob is survived by his wife, Karen Aman Blake; his sons, David (Kim) Liptrap and Ryan Blake; his brothers, Paul, Jack and Dennis; a sister, Terry (Dick) Haines; grandchildren, Haley, Mark and Ginny; many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his parents and his brothers, Charlie and Steven.

Memorial services will be held at 3 PM, Sunday, Aug. 25, 2012 at the Mclean Community Church with Pastor David Carter officiating. Friends are invited to call from 2 to 3 PM at the Church prior to the service. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family. Perkins Funeral Home is assisting the family.
