WANDA GRIFFEN
, age 89 of Freeville, NY died Wednesday, March 28, 2012 at the Cayuga Medical Center.Mrs. Griffen was born September 19, 1922 in Candor, NY, a daughter of the late Irvin and Cecil Slate Hager and wife of the late Alfred E. Griffen who died in 2007. She is survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins and her canine companion “Buddy.” She was predeceased by her sister, Roberta Hover.
Graveside services will be held at 2 PM, Tuesday, April 3, 2012 in Willow Glen Cemetery, Dryden, NY with Rev. Steve Barrows officiating. There are no calling hours.
