Derk Bogema (64) of Freeville, NY passed away on February 4, 2013. Bill was born in Syracuse, NY, graduated from Ithaca High School in 1966, and then served in the US Navy. Predeceased by his parents, Marvin and Vivian Bogema, he is survived by his sister, Valerie (Randy) French of Ithaca, NY, two nephews, Shawn (Amanda) French and Jason French, great niece, Alexandria French, and great nephew, David French. Burial will be private at a later date. Perkins Funeral Home assisted the family.
